SHIPPING POLICY
DELIVERY COSTS AND PERFORMANCE
The delivery costs of the Goods/Services are the responsibility of the Buyer. If the Seller has declared on the website that the delivery fee will be covered by the Seller, the delivery costs will be the responsibility of the Seller. The delivery of the Goods shall be made within the promised period after the Seller's stock is available and the payment is made. The Seller shall deliver the Goods/Services within 30 (thirty) days from the date the Goods/Services are ordered by the Buyer and reserves the right to extend this period by an additional 10 (ten) days with written notice. If the Goods/Services are not paid by the Buyer for any reason or the payment made is cancelled in the bank records, the Seller shall be deemed to have been released from the obligation to deliver the Goods/Services.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our site prioritizes protecting consumer rights. In this sense, any problems arising from the product and service you experience during your shopping on our site are meticulously evaluated and resolved as soon as possible.
If you claim that the product you purchased from our online store is defective, it is 14 (fourteen) days from the invoice date, provided that the product has not lost its characteristics and has not been used. The labels, logos and other accessories of the returned products must not be damaged. If the products you return are found to be damaged after being checked by our product inspection team, your return may not be accepted. The accessories of the product must be returned together with the product.
How will I return it?
The shipping fee of the product you want to return is covered by our company. You must send the return through the cargo company that delivered to you (SPECIFIED Cargo). Products sent through different cargo companies will not be accepted as cash on delivery.
When the return is approved, the product price will be refunded to your relevant account if you made it by money transfer within the legal period of 10 business days. This period starts when filtreciler.com.tr receives the product you returned.
